In the Beginning

Reen and her niece, Ky
Mom had a new home built and wanted a French Country mural behind her stove. She also requested individual tiles made so they could be set randomly throughout the backsplash.

One of the ladies I know was taking a China Painting class and I suggested SHE do the tiles.

Mom asked "Could she put an 'Rx' on it?"

Which led to my taking the class and immediately starting work on this design.

The medium of ceramic tiles is a new and exciting challenge. Ideas have been pouring in from friends and family. Now I have decided to ask the Public for their requests.
